front mono spring on a roadster?
« on: February 06, 2013, 05:12:10 PM »
Does anybody know if it is ok to run a mono leaf spring on front axle of my roadster? I know the rule book says that all leaf springs have to have a shock and is anybody running one or has run one?

All "sprung" wheels must have a shock.  Doesn't specify type of spring.  It would seem to me that a mono leaf could limit your adjustability.

A friend runs monoleaf on front of roadster.  Works fine, and a lot less rust between the leaves!
