Very clever, this one.

I take it the driver lost his hat in a windstorm?

Did you notice on the "monowheel" vid that the guy had all of the best safety gear on. Genuine chopper gun replica of a WWII German helmet (Legal in California) , Levis, and of course a sleeveless sweat shirt, this ensures that when he crashes he will have enough scabs on his arms for scab sandwiches for a month!! I also now know why he has to have the double thick sole "kick a$$" boots as he is dragging them on the ground almost all the time. And he keeps building them!! That is passion.

That was Kerry McLean.  I sat in one of his "bikes" at World of Speed a few years ago when he appeared there.  I think I got in the mid-size motored one (what was it - a four, maybe?), but he had a single cylinder and a V8 (maybe a V6) there, too.  If you think it looks "unusual from this video -- try sitting in one.  No, I didn't "ride it -- Nancy wasn't all that much in favor of me doing that.

Think I figured out the "stability" of monowheels . Acceleration or overcoming drag puts the CG ahead of center which is like positive caster . Decelaration is unstabile and the rider needs to slide his feet .

Speaking of the persona non grata mentioned in the thread title, I see he surfaced at Bangshift and dredged up all his old topics from here before a thourough banning. Aspergers syndrome perhaps?

He has been sending me messages on FB so I was very civil with him and then he got bent outta shape when I said no rider parachutes for open bike riders..then is turned back in to an azz clown..
