Anyone who has ever played with small block chevys twitch a little when they see these. With a turbo and some fuel this could be `a contenda! Buy in with ECU/throttle by wire/etc is not bad.

Nice looking motor. But..

Have to wonder why they built it as cam in block and not overhead cams

If the mentioned 185 HP is accurate - close to stock 'Busa.

Most of the 1650 Busa's make 260 to 290 hp. My 1350 makes about 230.

The engine with overhead cams would be a bit wide on top for a bike.  The pushrod motor is a lot more compact, width wise.
