Yes, you can license at EM but, that EM license means nothing at Bville. Which is what the statement was meaning I believe... To have a license for Bville you must go through the licensing requirements at Bville...

Not true either.  An SCTA license is an SCTA license and is accepted at either venue.  Don't confuse licensing with rookie status.  You could have gone 300 mph on the salt and have a AA license but will still need to make a rookie run at El Mirage if it's your first time there.

Nathan, the first time I went to Bville I had an SCTA license from EM. When I said I had a license from EM I was told this is not EM. I went through the licensing and rookie orientation again... Just my experience...

You must lift at the 1320'.  You can however idle back to the pits.

Thanks guys. More or less what I expected. With the amount of work involved in my project right now I sould have just built a bike. It's kinda my day job. Some of the comments were hilarious and I can tell there are no 16 year olds here, that's for sure.

ah ha, i see what happened.  unfortunately you got stuck doing something that you didn't need to so my apologies about that.  i had caught wind of this going on and went and told the person doing the licenses that participants with existing SCTA licenses did not have to re-license for bonneville.  however, you must still do a rookie run at either venue even if you're already licensed so you were okay there.

Yep SCTA License is good for all venue's. I picked up my first license at Muroc in 2000, and have used it at El Mirage, Bonneville, Maxton and now Wilmington.
