Yes, you can license at EM but, that EM license means nothing at Bville. Which is what the statement was meaning I believe... To have a license for Bville you must go through the licensing requirements at Bville...

Don't confuse licensing with rookie status. You could have gone 300 mph on the salt and have a AA license but will still need to make a rookie run at El Mirage if it's your first time there.

Nathan, the first time I went to Bville I had an SCTA license from EM. When I said I had a license from EM I was told this is not EM. I went through the licensing and rookie orientation again... Just my experience...
