I hope the engineers working on this project have the right training.  They are going to under a lot of pressure.
That may be difficult to gauge....................

If they aren't trained right, they should switch before crossing that line.

My great uncle was an engineer in that area around that time . Who ever the engineer was it must have really gotten their attention .
