Apparently PPE ran 141mph towing a travel trailer at Elmo??

My doctor told me to go out and kill people.
Well, sort of.  He told me to reduce the stress in my life.

I think Rick Yacoucci still has the Unlimited Trailer Record at El Mirage.

I watched Vesco run the bike in 1971 and was amazed at how quiet is was when he killed the engine.
As I watched it sail out of sight, and looked like it didn't drop any speed, I noticed a hellacious noise from BEHIND me.
I turned around and Vesco's crew was heading up the return road at Warp 3. I'm not sure if it qualifies as "towing a trailer" if the trailer ain't on the ground.
Well, it used to be Los Angeles . . . 50 miles north of Fresno now.
Just remember . . . It isn't life or death.
It's bigger than life or death! It's RACING.

Mercedes made a press release that their SUV set the record for towing a travel trailer.  Whatever record that is, is the one they were after.

I remember towing a boat with an Old's Toronado and the weirdo speedo (slot machine speedometer, remember those?) went as high as it would read, 120?mph and stopped moving.  Not too bright.

My doctor told me to go out and kill people.
Well, sort of.  He told me to reduce the stress in my life.
