Ok. Here is a quick little run down:

I went 159 in the mystery GSXR. Fought fuel pressure issues all weekend, and thats ultimatley what ended it for me.

Greg Neal set 8? new records and I think he ran 207 on one pass

VanBlarcom 218 and melted it down

Jason Theriault 197 and blew another transmission

No lines to speak of on Sunday, most of the day when you went to the line you were in the hot box which was awesome.

Marvin, Joe and Joe's brother (Tom?) did a great job at the start line.

Big shout out to Renegade fuels. They showed up @ 9:00 on Friday and stayed untill Noon on Sunday even though there wasnt alot going on. Was nice to see a big commitment from them to basically say "we are here for the racers".

Sunday was a great day of racing. Virtually zero wind. Temperatures in the mid 70-s. Started the day with about 40 competitors in pre-stage and it progressed so that you could run twice in a hour. we were running at a pace of 40 runs an hour. After noon, there never a line of more then 10 racers and if you hit it right you could hot lap. Steve Van Blarcom's roadster was really strong at 218.  Pam Bieneke went 201 in the Superbird for a 2 club hat after a couple 199+ runs.  There was a tremendous celebration at the starting line when her speed was announced by Marcel.  The Gary and Pam Bieneke race as a husband wife team and are the consumate professionals at staging.  They should make a "How to" video for teams to watch.  Belinda Colliciano (I am sure it is not correct spelling) made 10 runs of 193-196+ and just couldn't hit the double century mark.  She was riding her 2012 Production Haybabusa. Quietest motorcycle of the meet with giant stock exhaust cans.

Got the the track today and no wind! Someone broke into the trailer Saturday night and stole the air from the back tire!!!

Wow, missing air, missing gasoline. LTA is a tough venue.  lol.

Glad everybody had safe passes!

Wow, thank you 55chevr...
We had quite the time working toward 200.  Extra special that Pam did it.
And to answer the burning question...I wasn't sandbagging it, the datalogger showed her shift points were dead on 9000 every time.
Can't wait to come back next July with that stumble off the line resolved.
Hoping to have the '71' together running along side the '43' next event.
What a great time hanging with Steve, Ron, Billy, Ian, Marcia, Georgie Porgie   :-D ...I so bad at remembering names...sorry you guys.
Take care, be safe.

Watching Cliff and Joe battle it out on the Suzuki was worth the price of admission.  If you missed this event, you missed a great time.  We were going to leave by noon, but just couldn't go.  I ran until I literally ran out of fuel just after exiting the traps.  It was our last pass of the day and I was at least smart enough to station the wife down at impound to come get me.  204.791 in the mile and 206.542 in the 1.5.  Looking forward to next year.
2006 Kawasaki ZX-6rr (Worlds Fastest standing mile and 1.5 mile)
2008 Kawasaki ZX-10R (4 200 MPH Clubs)
2008 Kawasaki EX-250R (Multiple ECTA and LTA records)
131 Land Speed Records set since 2008
125 Land Speed Racing records (including 3 Worlds Fastest Speeds) set since 2008.

Greg-

You might want to change the valve springs in that head ... I think they might be tired.

Pam/Gary
It was great to see everyone again. We had fun with the Flying 7 and achieved our goals. Made it though tech, made it down the track, made it to 101 mph, and set some records.
And just as important, we shared some information on the Relay for Life and Racing 2 Cure.
See you in Ohio.
