Do you need to be a child to post in this thread?

What if I just act like one?

I crashed the party at Quality Inn, spoke with Santa Claus, spoke with Danes and Germans about the live audio feed their friends can tune in to, or listen to the archived audio.

First meal @ the SF Cafe.  I had a burger, sin queso, sin papas fritas, and a giant horchata to welcome myself back to God's country, along with 20 punds of ice for 2 coolers.  Gates open at 9, we'll get on with something tomorrow even if racing starts Sunday.  So antsy, already put the Landracing.com door magnets in place to fly the flag, so to speak.

Life is good.

Thanks, Dr. Goggles.  The official Landracing.com audio webcast library grew 33% with you kind addition.  Ted The Old Biker will get air time here.  I've heard some suspicious southern hemisphere lingo at the SF Cafe, so take it the two-wheeled versions of our 4-wheeled friends are present and accounted for.

I'm in live for the 9 a.m. gate opening, itching for the smell of this and the roar of that.

I'm live.

Well,  the webcast is anyway.  Today is check-in and inspection.  Got to speak a little bad Japanese to Hiro, I'll stick to bad Engrish for the rest of the day.  Nice day.

Back later, with chatter, interviews, small talk, big ideas, and my usual banter and strange car noises, coughs, sneezes, wheezes, Oh Jeeeezus, and whatever else I can pull up from my addled brain.

Gee, I feel like the ugliest girl at the prom.  NO ONE has given me a sound check or complained about the volume.  Maybe someone in Germany is listening.  Or NZ.  Or, no one at all.

Bub's rookie checking in from Montego Bay parking lot.  I didn't pre-reg, so will be on the salt first thing Sunday.  Half a dozen rigs at bend in the road, and gate staff cheerful.  it's a promising sign.  Weather is beautiful.

I'll be moving the garantuan ultraliner audio studio in an hour or so, syncing with the BUB radio crew.  In the mean time, I'll go take snapshots.

Ray, if you come out one day for this event, I'm easy to spot at the BUB area behind their trailer, in front of inspection.

Thanks for the sound checks, folks.  This is the big test for new gear.

Woot.  And double woot.
