Sounds just fine here. I'd sure would like to be at the location! Giving me goosbumps to hear the #1940 1940 Indian Scout motoring past at 99.4 mph

Salt is a bit damp, has been wheel packed on the courses, a bit of water to drive thru just off Land's End.

Glen, I have to  see if they finish on time, BUB has extended racing tonight until 7 and may do so again to get all the runs in.  I will leave here and get as far as Salinas to steal squash out of Wayno'd garden, should be in St. Geo. in the afternoon.  BUT, I'll call you when I know for sure.

Crap, first glitch of the day.  Jon is bringing a new computer to WoS AND NONE TOO SOON.  My fleet of old laptops, I gave one to the BUB radio crew so they could check in on their own voices going out of the airwaves.  My Hackentosh slipped out onto the wet salt while we scurried in the rain and needs to see the doctor, or the mortician.  My other old Thinkpad doesn't want to go online.  My good Thinkpad is what my rickety fingers are attempting to type on, and the nicely refurbished 4GB laptop that was supposed to heal the sick and raise the dead has blipped off for a second.  Nice that it only takes a click to get back online, but this is not supposed to be happening to my gracious audience.  If it goes off, call me at (Three 14)-620-4315 and scream at me.  I will appreciate the help.

First bike over 200 @ 208 for the meet.  I'll get info from the radio crew.

Bike 523, @ 208.405, but it's not listed in the pre-registered BUB program for more info.

Yes, I hear the scratchiness, but I think it is electronic interference near to FM transmitter.

Glen, it's not me.

I am still just the audio tech, bringing in the BUB FM broadcast and pumping it over to Meridix on the wireless.  The announcer is Rex Chaney, organizer of American Sport Bike Night in SoCal, another BUB volunteer. He has never done this before.  I am amazed he goes all day.

One of MY favorite bikes is Jeff Bailey 160 c.i. Buell S2.  He's in impund after qualifying at 201.874.  Beautiful new fairing from AirTech.  Jeff is an engineer at S&S, races at Wilmington, too.  I hope he posts pictures tonight.

You're too close to the mic! or the volume is too high!

Max is doing the tech interface.  The voice is the Bub's announcer Rex.

Jeff's bike is 30 feet away in impound.  Do you want me to relay something?

Thanks, summer heat, I was supposed to post that hot link early today.

They changed announcers to a " close talker" and the volume is down now, thanks for the help.
