Look out Ladies,
« on: August 23, 2012, 06:46:00 PM »
Tell Me It Aint So!  The Emminent Doctor Turns 81!
Congrats Glen, and keep that ticker going until at least the Museum is done.  Nobody wants a stuffed Freud stored in their garage.
My bet is you are good for another twenty, cause it will take that long to download all the illegal escapades you have been involved with.
I hope you enjoy yourself as much as the rest of us enjoy you.
You will probably have to start using Viagra soon cause they don't make Geritol anymore.......
                                 Ol' One Run................

Happy birthday anniversary, Freud - from both Nancy and me.  I know that she'd give you a fine birthday hug if she could, and no doubt - when next we're all together she'll deliver that corngratulations hug in person.

And speaking of Freud's escapades -- I sure think it'd be a good idea to get some "audio memories" from him - and so many of the other racers on this Forum (and some that aren't here, for that matter).  I've mentioned this before - only to receive a pretty negative response.  Something to do with both not wanting to pound one's own drum and feeling that his story isn't all that noteworthy.

Nonetheless, I'd like to start compiling stories.  Maybe we'd send Max to your home or to some neutral meeting place or to an event that you'll attend.  We'd have him armed with an audio recorder, and the conversation would be archived and kept out of the public domain for a while.  Maybe that while would be until the passing of the person, maybe a specified amount of time.  Freud, do you want to be first?  If any of the folks reading this think that it's a good idea - good enough to begin - you're welcome to contact me off-list so I can get things rolling.  Thanks.

Happy Birthday!

Talking to you in the pits, and getting your advice, meant more to me than the runs we made!

Thanks for the greeting One Run.

Now look what you have started.

I think recording is a marvelous idea.

You just can't use my recording until DORIS dies.

She tells me that she doesn't go to car functions because every time she does

she learns something else that I have done. That isn't her idea of fun.

Remember, Bret Kepner and I share the B'day.

Wanna ask him for his bio? OH YAAAAAAAAAA............. Baby

Doc,

I thought your Birthday was tomorrow, but hey what do I know. Anyway Happy Birthday. After our talk at Bonneville I found you the perfect Bike that would get you into the 200 mph club. Maybe we can all chip in and buy it for you. When ever your Birthday is I hope you have a great day, and tell Doris I said Hi.

I love the USA. How much longer will we be a free nation?

Asking questions is one's only way of getting answers.

Well I believe the statute of limitations has run out in Hawaii, so why not start with the "motorcycles falling from the sky" misadventure.

My PUBLIC is stretching my life by one day.

August 24, 1931.

My Mother suffered everyday after that until she expired.

DORIS just throws her nickers in the air and crawls away.

Have a nice birthday, Freud.  You are an inspiration to us.  Must be a good lover, too if your wife periodically throws her nickers in the air.
