Thank You for the update Slim,  Glad it wasnt any worse and hoping for a fast healing for Nancy and a mellow ride home.  Really appreciate all the updates, photos and live stream,  it`s hard to explain how difficult it is to not be on the salt, this helps.

Good to hear that Nancy's injuries aren't as bad as they might have been.  All the best for a fast and least amount of pain recovery as possible.

You folks are a big part of what makes the LSR family so great, looking forward to catching up with you again at another meet down the road.

I used to camp here.  When I first "moved there" from the Bend, there were 3 people there.  Last year, I decided to move further up the hill because the population had increased to about 10.  Now, there are dozens and dozens of trailers and campers.  It just keeps gettin bigger and bigger.

The last 3 shots are outtakes from the photo shoot that was done this morning with the whole Target 550 crew...yeah...even me in a coupla the photos.

Just logged on to get my salt fix and heard about Nancy. Jon, Tricia and I wish Nancy and you the very best. Fractured ribs make laughing a whole new experience :-o Maybe a nice smile will be better. Sorry for your pain, Nancy, part of racing I guess. Which bike was Nancy on and how fast was she going at the time? This will make for great conversation one day when the pain subsides. Until then we wish you the very best!

One more of the liner and then some from impound.  All the impound shots were done after record returns on cars that had successfully backed up their records.  Congratulations to all.

Three more from impound, then a pushbar that I'll leave up to the viewer.

So glad to hear Nancy's injuries are not life-threatening. I had a similar get-off once before with the same results so I can feel her pain.  I think we do owe it to her to bestow her with a new nickname.... How about "Bounce" :)
Take care guys and send Nancy my best.

From this morning.  What a treat to be able to shoot this informally.  Many thanks to the team and fellow photogs!  Words or pics cannot describe how beautiful the fabrication is on this streamliner.  Great news on Nancy.  I hate highsides.  :-(

200+ mph spin.  Not how I'd like to start my morning.  :-o

It is nice to read that Nancy is OK.  Those are typical injuries for a bike wreck.  Fortunately it was nothing serious.  Ray and all, thanks for this thread.  My life lately is getting the scoot ready for BUB, work, not enough sleep and reading this thread.  No time for anything else.

Seeing Marlo, Les, Hume, and Freud on the salt with wide smiles is something special.  Those gents have been working and waiting a long, long, time for this.  What a beautiful car.

I just wanted to say that I am glad to hear that Nancy's injuries are not more serious and I am sorry her week had to start out like that. I wish you a speedy recovery!

I would also like to say how much I appreciate everyones updates from speedweek. I watch landracing.com on a regular basis but since I am not a racer and dont personally know anyone on this board (except for a few very nice individuals that have been nice enough to take the time to talk to me at past speedweeks) that is why I do not post often. I just wanted to let everyone know how much thier efforts are appreciated not being there is depressing but the updates and pictures are  a life saver! Thank you so much!
