O.K. Dolan, why don't you learn from your cousin Jack Abrahamoff back in D.C., and slip a few of us wannabees a few points now and then.  You might end up with a few more friends, perhaps even a few on the Rules Committee....................lol

Da rules ?

The MC rules committee is a fracture of somebodies imagination.
One of them said to me the other day he believed he was listed just to shut him up.
The heat is about to go up under the lamp that he fears so much.
Did I tell you about casting the live bait for fish and catching a SEAGULL ?
I wound him in like a kite while he screamed and tried to get away.
When I got him in close, I cut the line because the hook was so deep there was no removing it.
I hope he learned something and remembers me.

Jack' I would think you should wear a large brim hat as the sea gull is circling the harbor waiting for you.

Yup, got the GULLS handled.
« Reply #33 on: April 13, 2006, 06:07:31 PM »
They don't follow the sail boat so much. The guy that takes care of it at the marina, also feeds the on board cat that keeps the gulls away.
The cat would hide out until a bird landed and then move in quick for a snack. I think the word got out among the birds and the cat eats more from his tray now. The 1/2 day fishing charter near us will often bring him a surprise.

Sumner, thats what happens when you take a vacation, you go backwards in the points race, but what the heck I think Jack has lapped me with his long winded stories, and is a friend of the Propster dude, The talk to  each other daily, I think they are really brothers.

...famous case in Australian literature( yes , it exists) where two writers came up with the name Ern Malley and began submitting flowery poetry to a well known magazine , Ern was hailed as the new messiah , 'til they fessed up, it made dills of a lot of people who then got pretty shirty about it all .....I'd always wondered if Pranklin Flopster was a construct of a cunning LSR type with a taste for mischief.........

BTW  I'm hardly never on this site.........

FR IS KIND OF A "404"
« Reply #40 on: April 14, 2006, 12:29:23 AM »
FR is pretty wide spread.
Most people tire of his approach but I enjoy sparing with him.
He has actually softened with me because he knows I won't back down.
He still plays with fire but has learned more how to respond to the heat.

Perhaps you should send me the answer or at least withhold it from Jon to see how he does.

I would love to be on the other end of the questions. We can set up so someone else can post the question. That is easy to do. I will give points for the questions (the person who comes up with question and answer) then still give the points to the winner.

I would love to be the guesser. Easy to do, email me personally the question and if I use it then the person giving the question will need to log in and monitor the responses. That would be great and relieve me somewhat of some duties.

Email me.

Jon

I had no idea he would like it so much.
There must be something wrong.
What would FR do ?
I guess it is worth a try.
The answer must include a reference as to where the information can be independently verified.
I will work on it and I'll bet others will also.

Yes. I will handle both all in good time.
