I think that Pork Pie gets all those points for two reasons:

Many of his posts are quite long, and:

He really writes them in German and has Jon's auto-translator re-do them in English, gathering double points because of the two languages.

I wonder what Jack's native language is.  The translator system must have to work extra-duty to get his stuff into something we can read.  Too bad there's no translator to make it more understandable, too.

(Dang, now jack's going to hassle me for something -- I can just feel it in my farkle).

Not really, Jon....the facts is......I think about the "English English" translation.......than it went into the first converter......there it will be translate into "American English"......after them it went thru the second converter...."American Alabama/Far North/Deep West Coast/Cornfield Middle West/Rocky's North Shore" is the result, so that nearly everybody can understood my writing....except the north east coaster - they are so close to Mother England that they would understood my English English and got now a problem with the second converter result............

What means at last.....three times the point wink  Cheesy

If you throw enough of it, some is bound to stick to the wall and soon they will bump into it.
If you aim for the ears, most of it will go out the other side.
The most direct method is in their face.
I know that works the best because they hate it the most.
The Magazine articles are next. wink

We may never know who spends the most "time" on this site. That person may not be a contributer, just an observer. JD

Geeez, I can't even argue with JD on that one.
I spend much less time than you might imagine.
I concentrate on quality rather than quantity.

Its kind of like the old Kung fu show with Dolan as the Ancient and the rest of us are the Grasshoppers. In this case I am, however older then the ancient, maybe  not as smart, but older. Sometimes I have trouble figuring out what the Ancient means but I enjoy his words of wisdom. Maybe I need psychiatric help

I,ll take the occasion of Jimmy Six's comment to make my first post to the group. I joined the group after being told about it by Glen B. I have been here since January 3 06. I probably log on three or more times a day, ya I am hooked.

I will be making my first visit to the salt as a spectator this August. Been a racer of some thing or another  all my  life. Looking forward to meeting many of you in person.

Jim, Jim, Jim --  do you realize what you're getting yourself into?  You're going to the Salt?  Abandon all hope of having spare disposable income, and be ready to accept a life that has only three seasons -- looking forward to going to the Salt, at the Salt, regretting having to leave the Salt.

You've already met Glen, so that part's over and done with.  Now you'll have the opportunity to meet the rest of us.  Come find Nancy and me and maybe we'll let you climb up to the roof of our newly-bought trailer that'll have a viewing platform on top.

We all look forward to meeting you soon.

Hey, the counter's farkled up again (or still).  Look at my post right above this one -- 246 posts, 1337 points.  The scroll up to near the top and see my previous post -- 246 posts, 1337 points.

What the heck?  This has happened to my posts before -- anybody else notice it on theirs?

Maybe it's Jack's fault.  Maybe it's Pork Pie's translator machine.  Maybe it's Jonathon's way of playing with our minds!
