Be careful hacking up the stock harness, modern FI bikes have alot of inputs to the ECU and you would be surprised how many wires you CANNOT get rid of.
Tuneboy has fallen a bit by the wayside it seems as Wayne goes on to other things---and it costs! Where Tune Edit is free software for Triumphs. Any dynoshop worth a damn can work with pretty much any of the systems out there.
Bonneville 2001,2002,2003,2004,and NO stinking 2005,DLRA 2006, next?
Well, sure can't complain about 2008--6 records over 200 and 5 hats from Bonneville,Bubs, and El Mirage for the team!

Tune boy works well.... if you go turbo then the power commander pti unit has fuel and timing controls with a on board 3bar map. Couple that with the broad band auto tune modual and the pcV unit will adjust ve to hit your target afr...then you just have to decide how much timing you wanna add or subtract...

Like others said, no matter which ecu stock or otherwise you will have to refresh yer learning all over again. Going to mega squirt isn't going to make things easier, you'll just get stuck swinging at New curve balls.

Not sure of the bike guys on here, but we used a Bosch 044 as our main pump
in a 1000hp turbocharged V8. It's relatively cheap and readily available. We also
use a Walbro H.O. 255lph pump as a secondary pump. I also have a buddy who
works on a Lola LeMans car, they use four 90's era 4 cyl Ford Ranger pumps on
a Judd V10, because they work well, cost >$70 and you can buy them anywhere
auto parts are sold. Lots of different avenues towards the same destination.
