Sam, there shouldn't be any problems at all getting a motel room, at a reasonable price, for World of Speed. Don't worry, but I guess it won't hurt to call soon and make your reservations.

Yeah, don't leave it too long Sam, the choices are less and may cost more than you intend

We've never had a problem before.
Seems the on-line reservation system is buggy.
A chat with the front desk cleared up the question.
See ya'll in September

I made reservations about a month ago, online. It said the Montego Bay was full so I got two rooms at the Rainbow. Not as nice as the Montego Bay but I dont have to sleep with heavy snoring guys.

We are staying at the motel 6. Price is right, all we really need is there including a pool.

If anyone needs a room for the event, I will call the R ed Garter Wednesday as close as I can to nine AM CDT and cancel my room. Heath issues and family matters will keep me away from the salt in September.

One of my team mates was on the fence with personal stuff and was iffy about being able to come. He DIDNT have to go to the wedding in Juno so he called and made reservations. He has to spend a night in 1 hotel then cross the street to the other.....said it was all they had.
I am hearing this second hand from someone that gets details confused with assumptions.
Take it for what its worth!

I checked in to the KOA today, there was only one other trailer in there. Now all I got to do is go back after my car.
