  Happy 77th Birthday to the Voice Of The Timing Tower... the man with the golden throat who utters those magic words that we all wish to hear:  "take it to impound"!
  If it takes me another ten years to make it, I sure hope it's Glen speaking those words.
  Glen, have a great Birthday and no more than two hooker's (if they happen to stop by).
