I just got an e-mail saying Jesel's Dodge truck ran 205.9 today at Maxton. Sounds like a good day for Wayne and the boys.

Back to the tool box. This was a GREAT meet .not as many bikes as i was looking for a few cars did not show up (we all know how things happen) but was a Good Safe meet.Terry

Thought I would share some pics of Saturday -  http://public.fotki.com/62wagon/ecta-maxton_nc/.  Hope you all enjoy.

My buddy got his GMC going and we made its first event.  A little over 92mph.  Exceeded both of ours expectations.  Thanks for all the praise that he received and the good time everyone provided.  We could not have asked for more acceptance from everyone.  Neither of us has any experience other than Maxton but we were treated like many year veterans.  I am sure he will chime in so I'll leave it at that.  Also had the oppurtunity to speak with Seldom Seen Slim.  What a nice guy.  Thanks for the few moments of your time.

Thanks again to everyone associated with the ECTA and everyone at the event. :D  :D

Just posted your pix over on the HAMB. A thread was asking for more from Maxton.
