For those of you that might want to take the opportunity to test it -- Bob reassures me that the "Ignore" function is working now.  I've got to admit that I don't know how to engage it, but whatever -- I see that three Forum members have elevated Taper41 to "ignore" status.  If you know how to ignore -- please let me know here.  Thanks.

PS  No, as the head handlebar holder of the site, I don't/shouldn't ignore any poster or Forum member.  But I should know how to work this thing, right?

Go to "profile" and click on "ignore user options", then insert user name to be ignored in the box.

Look under the user name and Avatar. Jon and Glen as mods do not have them.

Okay  - it's not on the screen here at the Kudos Laser computer.  I'll check again at the house and on the laptop, but I'm pretty sure the button isn't there, either.  Thanks.

I can't post this under IGNORE BUTTON.

But here's how.

Home page      Click on Forums

Upper left        Click Profiles

Left side in the box    Modify Profile

7th line down      Ignore User Options

Enter the screen name in the box.

You can also find out who is ignoring you.

Bill Warners bike was not making 1000 hp when he ran 311. Probably between 500 and 600.

As vexatious as this has, at times, gotten, I certainly thank those of you with the knowledge and who posted answers for doing so.... I have a pretty good amount of interesting information in an MS Word file...

I just want to say - forgetting about the original author for a minute, there has been some very educational moments for some, if not many, of the rest of us...

thanx again!
