What an awsome build. Really enjoyed your website and the extent of what you are capable of building.  Barring the simple little gremlins that haunt Bonneville, I'm sure you will get your record.  Good luck.
John

Update:  For 2014 and into 2015 we are building a test & development platform in the shape of a drag bike.  The LSR is just not designed for running on the LSR venues in the UK.  It's too loud and does not have a front brake.  So over the next few months up until around May we will be "playing" drag racing and finding the limits of the motor and transmission.  gather as much data as possible and hopefully find a nice tune up to run around 50% Nitro.

Watch this space, oh and the other spaces too. 3-11-14.  www.saltbike775.co.uk 2015 Build

It  has been a while since we retuned from SW 2017.  18 mths work rebuilding and modifying the 2017 bike to what we will be taking in 2020.  Yes, it has to be 2020 as we need some serious testing.  The upgrades on the bike now include compound supercharger and turbo charger with dual ice water intercoolers. Target boost at sea level around 60psi.  Full EFI on methanol with closed loop control.  Full suspension at the back in case we get rough salt like 2017.  New bodywork still needs to be made as the bike now has a 84" wheelbase and the old stuff doesn't fit.  Some pictures are attached.  Enjoy.
