Legal bike front fender?

Yep me again, nuisance poster :-) Can you wise salty folks please tell me if this is a legal fender to run in Special Construction class

Fat finger syndrome going on there, posted above before I finished writing . As you can see from the mock up it has 41/2" clearance to the floor at the rear & shows a lot of the tyre, just need to know if this will be legal for the class? Thanks

Have you ever tried to contact the M/C tech guys? Their info can be found in section 16 of your rulebook, page 176.

It looks to me like it would be legal.
But always be prepared to make modifications after tech. you just never know :?

 I have emailed Matt to clarify if it is legal. Once I have an answer then I can get on with it, as we only have 59 days till it goes in the container :-o
