For what it is worth the Wilmington long range forcast is :
Sat.- partly cloudy w/10% chance of rain. winds sse@ 7 mph, high 67
Sun.-cloudy 10% chance of rain, winds ene@10mph, high 71
A little safety factor 10% chance of rain and high temp same range on Fri. and Mon. so if any front is faster or slower moving.

Even with a 10% chance of it. Never mention the "R" word
trying to go 200 KPH with a 250cc four stroke.

Mr. Turner I plan on stopping by your pits for a visit if the invite is still on.

Garrell
Looking forward to it...!

Here is our Baker Engineering 555 on the dyno.
Enjoy it, Baker is not afraid to run their engines way up high. It makes my knees shake.

See you in less than a week.

For us'ns that live near by, we all know that long range forecast for this area of the country is a joke.  And never, ever depend on the weekend forecast.  I believe the folks at NOAA in this area are off work on the weekends, so the Sunday forecast was made at Noon on Friday.  Heck, most of the time looking out the window is more acurate than the "Today" forecast.

RansomT knows his weather! Nobody comes to Ohio for the weather, there are 3 months of summer and April is not one of them, come to think of it neither is May. The long range weather forcast will change dramaticaly every day, the short range every hour. This is why the popular advise is to dress in layers because it may be 32 in the morning and 72 at 5:00 p.m. In case you were wondering summer is June, July and August, June just does makes the cut with a 59 deg. minthly average.

Does all this talk of weather really ever stop anyone from going to the track. If you are a racer you show up. The weather is the same for everyone. If you don't go because of some "prediction" you certaintly are not committed.

Witness the entry at last years World Finals.
