Is this car up to date to run under the current SCTA rules? Does it have a current log book?

I ran the Firebird at Speed Week and World Finals in 2010.  It passed technical inspection with no problems. The log book is up to date. To meet the new 2012 rule number 3.U, the side windows and rear window will need to be updated as well as the frameless side windows. I ran the Firebird in 2010 to upgrade my licensing from category E to A category with a basically stock BBC.
