Can anyone give me a bit of info on how the class system works with LSR. Coming from a Roundy Round background it's a lot different than what I am use to. My rulebook should be here in a couple days hopefully but I thought I would put this out quick. I am designing a twin SBC streamliner, non blown motors on alcohol. I have tried looking on the SCTA site but I don't understand how to read the classes specifically. I appreciate the tolerance of the new guy!

Letter for appropriate displacement / Fuel Streamliner.  Most likely AA/FS, AA is for 501cid and over.

Ignore the strike through, I appreciate the tolerance of the 'puter illiterate.  grin

Ed, the 4th button on the top row is the strike button, it puts a bracketed s on both sides of the text you want to strike... you have to erase both of those or the strike strikes the entire post

I'll add to what Ridgerunner said:

In streamliner your choices are pretty simple.

1) engine size tells you what class
2) gas or fuel
3) blown or unblown
4) have fun!

The Loring guys pretty much use the same rules as the SCTA and their rulebook is on line: http://lta-lsr.com/default.aspx

Good luck  cheers

Thanks for all the Info I really appreciate it. Now that it's explained it's pretty simple, it's just a lot different than what we are used to. It's one small step at a time!
