Wow- can't remember the last time I saw a vernier caliper being used (not dial- or digital- but an actual vernier) by a machinist. I certainly haven't used mine since at least forty years ago!

OK, I'm gonna sell tickets from now on.

I thought the vernier thing was pretty slick, now we have new technology?

As an ex-machinist, that was fun to watch. I didn't see any spark plugs, it must run on diesel?

The last time I used a vernier caliper was to measure the thickness of my bamboo slide rule.

I must be too comfotable in my old ways, I use my verniers all the time (bought em new in 1963 when I started my apprenticeship). Learning to read a vernier scale was a rite of passage for an apprentice tool and die maker. I don't own any digital measuring tools but I do have digital readouts on my milling machine (I hate counting turns).

And the camshafts appear to be driven at the same speed as the crank.  So, does that make it a two stroke with valves?

Yea, it looks to run on compressed air, just like a percentage of the population in Canberra.

It's good to see Creel's motors recycled.
