Mechanical Fuel Injection testing and calibration for bikes
« on: November 27, 2011, 08:13:13 PM »
Can someone recommend a facility that will test and calibrate a mechanical injection system. I have a Hilborn 00 pump and Kinsler injectors. This is for a 1650 cc motor.  I want someone that is interested in motorcycles, not just cars.
Anyone here had any experience in this field?

I just noticed their website today. Has anyone here dealt with them? I'll be calling them soon.

Vinsky,

Have you called Spud yet? That's where I work. I do most of the fuel system work for him.
We do systems for all types of cars, boats, tractors, and motorcycles. I've been scheming up a plan to put mechanical injection on the 125cc bike I ran 2010. It's a work in progress. lol

You can give him a call or send an email. We are good people.

Just for fun, Here's some of the range we see. On the left is the impeller gear from an Enderle 1200 pump (roughly 19gpm) and on the right is the impeller gear from a Hilborn 00 pump (less than 2gpm).
