She sold all the tix for the 50/50 drawing benefit for Bill Warner.
A couple of smiling cute faces does wonders!!!

I don't know how long it took visiting everybody, but Lauren got it done!!!! 
Bill is still in the hospital in Corpus Cristi, improving by the day.
They should spring him sometime soon.

After Lauren got done selling tickets to all of us, the winner was drawn.  the winner wAS:

Lauren Owen!!!

She accepted the prize $$, saying that her tickets had been bought by one of the racers in memory of her husband, Dave Owen.  Lauren, to the raucous applause from us all -- donated her winnings back to the money pot -- to help Bill Warner.
