It has taken me quite a while to finally make it to the Maxton Mile and what a great event that it turned out to be.
The attendance in the "last" race was unbelievable. Although we got only 4 runs in 2 days, I have nothing but kudos for the
amazing job that Joe, Donna, Keith, Tonya and ALL of the volunteers did with the final race.  Although the weather could have been a
little more cooperative, I heard very few complaints. We met many new racers and made many new friends. Can't wait till next April
in Ohio.
