I do like (Wide, Flat, and Wicked Fast). Tim, I hope your back is getting better.

Thanks Ted, I wish it was too. Had a follow up with my doc the other day over the phone (he is 5 hours away) and he has updated my timeline from bed for two weeks and PT after two months to bed for two months and PT after 6!  Luckily I have good people at  the mill so all i need is a computer and communications.

Guess owning a flooring mill is not that different from being the timer at the racers.

All the best to all of you out there.  I am trying to get the records done but I need a really clear head for several hours at a time to do so.

38flattie has got my vote with "paving the way"

If black shirts come with an umbrella girl, I'm all for it. Otherwise white for us commoners.

Glen, it's 'Maine' or was that a play on words? Being mature makes me dense on occasion!

Not enough wheels to consider it a "main" event.

the salt and the dirt are fragile surfaces.

there are 4 or 5 concrete / asphalt lsr tracks around the country.
seems like that's where lsr is headed.

" the future of land speed " -- seems to fit.
I like it ; and would keep it.

that is not to take away any of the rich and glorious history of the racing and
racers that came before and after the first lsr
event on a hard surface in moultrie , georgia.
