Wish we were headed that way.  We make frequent trips to Raleigh for violin stuff (wife ME is a violin teacher) but none are scheduled for this weekend - darn it.

I had no idea you are so close. We (survey crew) used to "eat" at W.T. Roundy's a lot. About what time are you thinking? Have to schedule horse feeding and mother-in-law chores. If you have hogs, do you think they'd enjoy a mother-in-law pickin'?

but there will be stuff going on from 11:00 on ( pistol /skeet shooting )

Roy - Will you cook the skeets?  They're not bad if you can get all the black off - oh, and the right sauce.  I have no objection to hunting as long as you USE your kill.  Just leaving them lay in the field is morally wrong in my book.
