Pardon my ignorance but in the records listed in the official results for 2011 that I just got in the mail, some of the drivers have a number in parentheses (2) or (3). What is the significance of those numbers?

keep your eyes open around January. The banquet is then and the SCTA hands out a boatload of Trophy's then. I'm bettin' the Trophy house batches them after they get all the info for the year from the SCTA. That's my $.02

Trophies take a little longer as they are hand built and the engraver is a contractor that has to make sure everything is correct on the data plate. The same with record certs that are done by a volunteer and the process of typing them, sending out to be signed and verified the data is correct and names spelled right takes a little time. Then they get mailed out.
