Still sounds like enough to make it a worthwhile event...

We got most of the work done...now if the darn paint would only dry!  :-D

We'll head out early AM, looking forward to seeing some folks tomorrow, and racing Sunday. :-)

The corvette lost a push rod.
Note the line in staging in the background.

Could always be worse, the lighter noises are better than the deep knocking one$.  Still a bummer though not being able to use all that track and time available.

All the best for a fix of some sort before the end of the meet.

Don Roberts - White Beard Racing - 116 cubic inch shovel head.

I am guessing that this is a 77 Corvette ... reported to have lost a pushrod ...

1972 Norton Cammando

Jodie Perowitz ... she went 203 at Bubs. Dropped a valve. The team rebuilt the engine and it is running again in 2 weeks at Loring.

Lloyd Frink ... His family has 4 bikes entered ... "The Sterling Hill Gang" ... they hold 25 records at Loring, Maxton and Bonneville.
