Maxton Setember Volunteers
« on: September 05, 2011, 03:24:23 PM »
OK - It's that old time again.  We're going to need a flock of volunteers for our next-to-last meet at the old track.  Please post up here or send me an Email at <stokes_dan@yahoo.com> .

Please include any preferences for position you want to work, etc. and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.  If we have plenty of folks it's easy to give everyone a break and swap vols around so it's more interesting.

THANKS, ALL

Dan,

Since I haven't built my car yet I'd be happy to help.  The only problem is that I live about 2300 miles away.  If I was closer I'd be there in a minute, just for the experience.  Hope all goes well.

Pretty sure planes fly from Oxnard (or thereabouts) to NC.  Tell me which airport and I'll arrange to have you picked up.  If you're ex or active military you could fly "space available" into any number of NC bases.  Just trying to be helpful.  I know - every one's a smart@$$.

Even though I've heard rumors that some Roberts guy might be there, I coming anyway; probably by mid-day friday. I can do chores again - just ask Leslie.

Ken -
I can't tell you how pleased I am that you're back on you feet.  See you there.
