Anyone know anything about this picture? I got it off of "salt flat racing" page on Facebook. They didn't know who it was, just that it was in the 50s in So-Cal somewhere.

Dan I hope you're not getting grumpy. Just a picture and a tongue and cheek statement. It's mother nature, not even you could fix it. Notice the Afro.
