I just talked to the HOtel Manager at The REd Garter,
He told me that he will have at least 15 rooms available each night during the races.... $59 until Thursday, then $131 thru Tuesday...no minimum days, no nonrefundable deposit...he just wants to rent all of the rooms out if possible, so, there ya go!! You can call and make reservations or just go in when you get here, so no one should have to go without rooms.....well, almost no one, there's a few I wouldn't rent to!!
