Title: Early Registration Closing
Post by: blackslax on June 16, 2011, 06:49:02 PM
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY!
Early registration will be closing on July 1st. That means that pricing will go to $175 and you will have to get shirts, hats, ect. at the event.

We would still like you to register online after that date for your convenience.
Reason being that registering online will save a lot of time for you at the event - probably an hour because you will have to fill out everything by hand and then we will have to enter and print everything out before you can proceed to tech.

Also note.  If you have not sent your payment by July 1st, please bring it to the event.

Thank you to everyone and we look forward to seeing you all soon!

Remeber folks, early registration closes friday!
If you know people that are not forum followers, you might want ot bump them.

Don't worry, we are not shutting off registration or limiting it to 200 (as rumored), but the early reg discount end friday.

I also wanted to do a little housekeeping.
Please remember that the discount deal for early registration includes sending in your payment. Racers  are not considered to be registered until we receive your check and there are still MANY racers out there that have not sent in their payments yet!  So, to avoid paying full price at registration, please send in your checks as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot.

Hey Tim,
I sent my check on the 30Th of May, it was cashed on the 7Th of June. I've not received anything yet for confirmation, Rule book etc. I've got last years rule book but want to be sure nothings changed. Were you mailing these or just handing them out when we get there? Let us know, Thanks, Rick B.
