Thanks Dan--but Deb deserves the credit. Me, maybe next year. Still hope I can make Saturday.
We'll be lookin' for you, Lon. I plan to work you like a rented mule! We'll maybe not THAT hard. It'll be fun, for sure.

Drive 10 hours, work like a rented mule, drive 10 hours back home, sleep maybe 3 or 4 hours and back to work at the lumber company where I work to work like a rented mule again. I thought racing was a lot easier than that. :-D
whoa!
has it really been 2 years since the last time i was at Maxton???
Seems like i better take my TFA to the Oct 30-31 event! woo-HOO
2 green bikes headed your way
(added benefit, i'll achieve the Y2010 asphalt penta-fecta:

Even as an experienced Maxton guy, if you haven't been down the track this year please do yourself a favor and do the Rookie Orientation. They put a LOT of new asphalt on the surface over the past winter and there's quite a bit of difference. Better to be familiar with the changes.

I'm sad to say that Nancy and I have cancelled our plans to be at the October meet. Our hired hand in the engraving store will be gone for a few weeks -- so we've got to stick around to keep the doors open.
If you see this, Neil Diggens -- I'll try to find your NC address and ship the mugs to you at that addy. And as for Tonya -- we'll find some other way to get the stuff from you to us, and in plenty of time, too.
Not gonna make it, found some problems after WF. Getting a little hot under the hood for the wiring...Just a little, you should have cooked Paula a stake
