Just drove from SLC to Indiana on I-80 last week, gas is 30 cents a gallon more expensive in Utah than at Sidney, NE. Sidney has the next highest prices I found. Fill up/top off in Evanston, WY if it works for you. Little America in Cheyenne still has the cleanest rest rooms along the way.
