Title: Roll Bar Question
Post by: EastKY on December 17, 2008, 04:32:49 PM
Is a removable harness bar ok to use on the required 4 point bar for the Super Street class?  135 -149 mph

A harness bar will not get you a 150mph tech speed. You will only get 135mph tech speed. Unless you have a vehicle with an integrated roll stucture (ie vette/viper) Then you can get a 150tech with harnesses.

I think there is some confusion...what I am talking about is a 4 point bar being installed with the cross brace behind the drivers head being removeable, bolts in and out to keep the back seat functional.
