I'm pretty sure that is you getting ready to make a pass next to us.  Pretty nice little setup you have there.  How did your weekend turn out?

We were able to do what we came to do early Sunday morning,  ran a 131 and change.

We had a 3.54 gear but hit the chip (6000rpm) about 250' short of the finish line.
Had brought a 3.29 with us , but had small issue with hear itself so loaded up and headed back to Indiana.

Hoope to get there again next year............that Jag was something else !

Go fast and be safe,    Dale

Thanks for recognizing the vols!  They're the greatest, and it's the thanks of racers like you that keep us coming back.

It was cool to see the Jag back.  It's a neat old car, and the appearance of the unusual is a big part of what makes LSR fun for me.  I got burned out on drag racing - Camaro, Mustang, Camaro, Mustang (so what do I have?  A Camaro and a Mustang!).

Good luck, and hope we see you next year
Dan

We had another great time at Maxton 6 more records this meet on our stroker 1507cc
The bike is finally coming around after a few changes I was able to put the bike on the rev limiter
@ 220 MPH just before the traps wich nosed over and only traped @ 218 mph we did not have enough
time to get it corrected due to it being at the end of the day and limited on time to make it to the starting line for 1 more pass, I was on the limiter again only about 100' sooner  :x
Some changes and Next time we will be more prepared.
