Here is the car stripped with sticky paint.
We block the front so we can get it in and out of the trailer.
Ten days to go!

Hey you've gotten a lot done in a short period of time, congrats :-).
Hope to spend some time with you and get some ideas for my car at speed week. I got your e-mail, but I'm still in the east at Hooley's, so didn't get it answered. Thanks for the info. I knew about the split sprockets, but forgot.
c ya,

What class are you running?
-
Maybe a dumb question - aren't you going to run roof rails?
-
Sum:
Thanks and I'll be looking you up on the salt to see if you still have the beard.
Tim:
All classes of "H" MS but only F and G this year, the turbo motor next.
Aircap:
Not a dumb question.....I stripped everything off the car for paint including the aluminum roof rails. (they are not needed in this class as the current record is 151 and 0 but will have them anyway).
On a second note I wanted to have all the aluminum (spills, spoiler, RR, windshield tabs, dash etc) machine turned or polished. I have the spill plates done and will post a "how to" when I get them on the car if anyone wants to know how to do it.
Here is a pic of me starting the process on one of the side spill plates, there done now and will go on the car once the paint stops smelling.
