Title: Quotation/Question marks
Post by: Interested Observer on July 30, 2019, 08:16:46 PM
Slim,
Not a big deal but on two occasions I have noted that quotation marks used in a reply have turned into question marks when the reply is posted.  Even when the quotation marks appear correctly during composing the reply.

Hmmmm.... one web site I go to has a horrible problem with that, I'll try and figger out why.

Mr. Interested, Sir,

Is it just in replies?

Also, are you writing it directly in the forum, as opposed to composing it elsewhere and then copying it over?  (Not likely, but it's something to check).

I went back and checked because I'd used quotation marks in a reply just a day or two before. Mine came out fine.

All the emojis used to look like those guys instead of the little orange guys we have now that don't show up nearly as well to these old welding eyes. It sure would be nice to see the yellow ones again.

Wow, they ARE orangish.  Well, on my List of Things to Do is to round up some more/better ones.  Steal 'em from somewhere....   :-D
