Title: Tubes?

When are the rule books sent out - I have not received a 2019 version but I have got my 2019 membership card - I do not remember how that arrived but I can only see my 2015, 2017 and 2018 rule books lying around the house / garage.

Yes the Tubes have the Poster and the Speed Week Pass / Entry pin the Membership Patch and the BNI membership decal. The 2019 rule book have been sent out however as an example I have received mine some time back but my son has not received his and he only lives across town from me so theres certainly a mystery as far as the rule books are concerned.
