Title: 2019 El Mirage procedures

We are just over a week away from what should have been the first El Mirage event of the year. Does anyone know when the procedures will be posted? Clearly the posting of these procedures shouldn't be delayed because of the lake surface. Or should it?

The holdup seems to be that they're writing a new chapter on rappelling the crevasses.
