Title: Tygon F-4040A Fuel Tubing, SCTA Legal?

The rules say no plastic tubing. I don't know if Tygon is considered plastic, but I use that tubing on my street bikes and I like that I can see through it. The F-4040A specification is fuel rated. Does anyone know if I will pass tech inspection of I use this tubing?

Tygon tubing is plastic, Mike.
