Two 250cc 2-strokes?
I'm guessing it's smaller than it looks.

I'm still trying to gauge the size.
What size are those Hoosier tires?
-
Looks like a stretched gocart to me.

I doubt that was built to run on the salt but if it was they should have looked into it first. It has no tail so I'm calling it the Gecko. :-D

Note that the name "Gerber Tracy" is (faintly) on the rea of the body.
They also have their #1459 F/GL at the show (note the names on the placard on the left):

The steering wheel is as large as the tires its a go cart super sized.

The car looks nice. I have a problem with the cinder blocks. At least they could have put towels or something over them.

I was wondering about their choice of cement blocks, too. I mean - did someone go to the cement supply store and sort through the stacks of blocks looking for the perfect set? :? :-D
-
if the stream liner is the same bunch of guys that have the purple lakester it will probably be the same deal, "all show and no go!" The lakester has run but I don't think it has ever gone over 180. I guess since they are in the chrome business the term "if it don't go chrome it" works for them. They need a "heart to heart" with Woody on their aero on both cars.

At least they could have used salt blocks. :-D

both sure are pretty!

That must be a huge tank they dip that frame in for plating. I sure would hate to trip and fall into it.

I also saw the car at Detroit. It looks like a stretch go-kart. Body is narrow. Advanced Plating guys said it was for Bonneville. I asked if it had suspension, they said yes. I couldn't find any. Tire size is normal go-kart size, wide and threaded, but they could always do something different there. Beautiful machine.
