Is the seller Bill Wirges himself??
That streamliner should be in a museum somewhere.
-
That would look good in the World of Speed museum in Wilsonville. They might buy it if they know about it. I tried to forward the post to them and my computer skills are not good enough.

My name is Sue Andris, and Bill Wirges is my Uncle. It is with sadness I inform you that Bill Wirges has passed away at the age of 84. He is a member of the 200 MPH CLUB of which he was very proud, from back in 1974 when he set his record with his streamliner on the salt flats. He was a man of many achievements and will be missed by all who knew him.
If you have any questions or comments you may reach me at sueekinny44@yahoo.com

RIP, Bill.
My Kawasaki triple had chrome Wirges pipes on it and they were a thing of beauty.
Thanks Bill
