Hi Everyone, :-D
I am writing to you regarding a film that I am producing and raising funds for.
"The Last Fast Place in Australia" is a documentary film about the passionate community of land speed racers that put everything on the line at Lake Gairdner's Speed Week. It will document this grassroots community's journey to the last frontier of motor racing, its ambitions, gritty determination, and need for speed. The film also touches on the environment and the geological importance of our salt lakes, the danger these face today, and how land speed racing is helping raise awareness to this, and act as caretakers of that precious environment. To be shot at Lake Gairdner Feb/Mar 2017.
I am currently in the process of raising funds on Indiegogo, and am working with the DLRA (Dry Lakes Racers Australia) to spread the word. It would be fantastic to have your support with a pledge or perhaps you can reach out to your motorsport community and let them know about our project?
