Title: Windshield wipers in GSS

Are cars in GSS required to have the windshield wiper blades and arms ?

Section 3.U (par. 2) "Vehicles 135 MPH and over, all windshield wiper blades and arms should be removed."

Section 5.H (par 2.) "All street equipment must be retained and in working order."

As it says, you need the motor and all that. The arms and blades. Or that which will blow off at speed. Must be removed.
