Title: Sidecar Driver Position

I need to get my fat thighs out of the wind. I want to rig a "Rollie Free" style position atop my sidecar. As a sidecar it will be significantly more stable than the solo bikes I've seen in this configuration. However the supplemental AMA rules say the driver can sit or kneel. My question is, "Can I do a full layout for the driver position?" I could argue that it is a forward leaning kneel if I put some weight bearing on the knees.
