Saw this elsewhere, thought you guys should know as well. Fred had a stroke.
If you would like to send a card he is in
Methodist Stone Oak Hospital 1139 East Sonterra Blvd. San Antonio, Tx. 78258 Room 525
I talked to his wife Bonnie, she said he was not up to talking yet but improving every day.

As many of you know, he had a stroke back in March and is here at this meet. He is looking good and was told is doing very well but has a minor speech issue that is getting better day by day. He does have a bike at this meet that Brenda Sue will be piloting!
REALLY GOOD seeing him here!!!!!
Gregg

Oh, no! Fred's got a speech issue now? What happened - the stroke made him talk with a Texas brogue?
Good to hear he's up and at 'em. Thanks for the pic.

They had issues with their bike and I never saw them make any runs. They should make up for that in a few weeks as Fred told me they'll be going to Loring. He's posted MANY times that he really LOVES that track.
Gregg
EDITED TO ADD:
Look for more pics of Fred and Brenda Sue from Loring as I'll be there doing the picture and audio streaming thing! :-D
-
I'm overjoyed that Fred is mobile.
Lookin' great, Fred.
